        2. The second is an interactive piece that feels like Alice in Wonderland, but is called 'Between the Pages', by Indian artist Sumakshi Singh.

        4. The artist takes on multiple and often competing histories—the colonial past, contemporary migration, of Sikhism, and from his own life, growing.
        5. Sumakshi Singh is an Indian artist born in in Lucknow, India.
        6. She is an artist, curator, writer and educator who has taught at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and lectured at Oxford University and Columbia University among other institutions. She has mentored residencies for The Victoria and Albert Museum, TheWhyNotPlace and and curated for the Devi Art Foundation.

          Her interactive installations, paintings, drawings, embroideries and sculptures have been presented in solo and curated, group gallery and museum exhibitions in Australia, India, U.K., China, USA, Canada, France, Italy, Serbia and Switzerland.
